Sören has been part of the Boerse Stuttgart Group since 2018, working in international equities trading. His daily work is shaped by high volumes, fast decisions, and dynamic market phases where seamless teamwork is essential.

What Sören values most in equity trading is the combination of market intuition, technical precision, and innovation. The ongoing development of algorithmic pricing, new automation approaches, and advanced trading systems provides continuous opportunities for professional and personal growth. Team spirit also matters beyond work: As a passionate football player, collaboration and quick decisions are just as important to him on the field as they are in the market.

Noor Tahir DarHead of Product Design | Boerse Stuttgart Digital & Bison

Noor works at the interface between user needs and clear business objectives and has been contributing this perspective at Boerse Stuttgart Digital and BISON since autumn 2024. Especially in the context of increasingly AI-supported product development, a deep understanding of users plays a central role for her – as the foundation for well-founded decisions, clear priorities and sustainable value creation.

Her work is shaped by a human-centered mindset and the commitment to trust-based collaboration. Psychological safety, personal responsibility, co-creation and an ego-free way of working define the day-to-day collaboration. Systemic thinking helps to continuously develop products and organizations together with users.

Bettina BahnsonCompliance | Boerse Stuttgart Group

Compliance often has a bureaucratic image, but boring rules and dull reports are not at all what Bettina is about. Since 2021, she has been contributing her expertise to Group Compliance. As a lawyer, she not only ensures that all rules are followed but primarily guides colleagues with professional legal advice beforehand. Bettina navigates the regulatory jungle with ease, setting the stage for legally sound decisions.

Sven WilkeDeputy CEO / CGO | Seturion

Sven values the unique combination of long-standing tradition and entrepreneurial momentum at the Boerse Stuttgart Group. The experience of a stock exchange shaped by more than 160 years meets the ambition to actively drive new topics—from traditional capital markets business to infrastructure for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities. This balance is clearly reflected in everyday work.

As a member of the management team at Seturion, Sven works with highly motivated and talented teams on strengthening the European capital market. What personally drives him is the opportunity to shape ideas entrepreneurially, build something new together, and do so with the stability and backing of the Boerse Stuttgart Group.

Simon JazbarEngineering Manager | Boerse Stuttgart Digital
Since joining in 2021, Simon's team has doubled in size. As an Engineering Manager, he oversees HR, recruitment, career development, benefits, and processes. Simon's talents extend beyond his role—he's known in the team for making the best Neapolitan pizzas in the Slovenian office. In his free time, he enjoys the thrill of riding his motorcycle. Simon brings both professionalism and fun to the team, making him an invaluable asset.

Bianca has been a part of the Börse Stuttgart team since 2007 and was Germany's youngest stockbroker at the start of her career. She trades everything from corporate and government bonds to foreign currency bonds, whether it's electronically, over the phone, or by shout. Bianca is always ready to provide expert information on bonds. She's comfortable not just on the trading floor—she also navigates stormy waters in her free time. Additionally, she is a loyal supporter of VfB Stuttgart.
Sara LandoltAccounting & Controlling | BX Swiss

Since 2021, Sara has been in charge of accounting and controlling at BX Swiss. With precision and accuracy, she manages budgets, invoices, and taxes. Together with her team, she always stays on top of things and brings a pleasant atmosphere to the often serious world of numbers with her easygoing nature.

Thanks to her flexible working hours and the option to work from the office in downtown Zurich or from home, Sara skillfully balances her role as a mother of three with her professional responsibilities. She is an inspiring example of how to successfully combine a career with family life.

Head of QLP-Services Leveraged & Investment Products I | EUWAX AG

Thomas has been involved in trading structured securities since 2006. For his ideal workday, he hopes for high volatility, as it's during these bustling market phases that traders like him can truly demonstrate their skills. It's the challenging days that stand out in his memory and bring him joy. Whether in the garden, on his motorcycle, or at a beer garden, he prefers to spend his free time in nature.

Vadim MuhametcinSenior Cyber Security Manager | Boerse Stuttgart Digital

Vadim has been part of the Cyber Security team at Boerse Stuttgart Digital since 2024. In his role, he works at the intersection of regulatory requirements and modern technologies. Rather than focusing on theory alone, his approach centers on practical security work, where technical solutions and clear processes go hand in hand.

Erik Svegrell Head of Trading Surveillance | Nordic Growth Market
Erik has been with Nordic Growth Market in Stockholm for over 25 years. As the Head of Trading Surveillance, he's responsible for ensuring compliance with trading regulations. Erik's duties include reviewing press releases and financial reports of listed companies, assisting them with information dissemination, and monitoring trading in real-time. He also trains executives and board members before their companies go public on the Nordic Growth Market.
