Your Tasks

Platform development: Collaborative, responsible development of the future IT application landscape
Project work: Collaboration on projects and independent management of sub-projects
Requirements analysis: Analysis of business requirements and development of solutions or alternative approaches
User support: Working closely with users of the relevant software solution to ensure the continuous improvement of the platform
Application operations: Managing our specialised application landscape at 2nd and 3rd

What You Bring to the Table

Education: Degree with a focus on IT, completed technical training in the IT sector (IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent
Professional experience: Experience in application operations, including hardening and patch management, as well as in 2nd- or 3rd-level support
Automation skills: Knowledge of PowerShell and an interest in further automating administrative processes
Infrastructure knowledge: Basic knowledge of core services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO, etc.
Workplace technologies: Experience with VDI technologies and in the packaging and deployment of applications (e.g. SCCM/MECM) is an advantage
Cloud & Standards: Initial experience in cloud computing and container orchestration is desirable; additionally, familiarity with IT standards such as ISO 270xx, ISO 20.000 or ITIL
Working style: Resilience in carrying out your tasks and experience in conflict management through to resolution
Language skills: German (min. C2) and English (min. C1)
