The Börse Stuttgart Group is setting out to revolutionise existing capital markets and create a unified capital markets union in Europe through the use of blockchain technology. With the newly founded FinTech Seturion in Stuttgart and BX Digital in Zurich, we are developing innovative and future-proof solutions for the European capital market. We work at the interface between traditional financial services and new blockchain technologies.

As a Product Manager, you will take an active role in shaping the product and service portfolio of Seturion and BX Digital from day one. In close collaboration with the CPO and the teams in Stuttgart and Zurich, you will drive the development of innovative product solutions and manage the entire product lifecycle – from identifying new opportunities and designing concepts to seamless implementation and successful market launch.

Your Tasks

Product Development: You drive the development of new products and services – from initial idea to successful market launch.
Requirements Management: You gather, structure, and prioritize requirements from the market, clients, and internal stakeholders to create targeted and effective solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: You work closely with Sales, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality product delivery.
Market & Competitor Analysis: You monitor market trends and competitors, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our product strategy.
Product Strategy: You support the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

What You Bring to the Table

Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position in the financial sector, fintech environment, or in product management for digital platforms – ideally with a solid understanding of the regulatory framework for financial service providers and capital market participants.
Technical Expertise: Very good knowledge of product development and management, sound technical understanding, and hands-on experience working with agile methodologies. Familiarity with blockchain, tokenization, or digital assets is a strong plus.
Personal Competencies: You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, accountability, and decisiveness. You work in an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way – and are passionate about driving innovation in the financial markets.
Language Skills: Very good communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written.
