With offices in Stuttgart, Berlin, Frankfurt, Milan, Stockholm, Zurich, and Ljubljana, and a dedicated team of more than 700 employees, we operate international exchanges and develop innovative solutions for institutional and retail clients across brokerage, trading, and custody services.

HR Services is the backbone of our HR function. We ensure that HR processes not only run smoothly but are also executed reliably and professionally, even in complex situations – driven by a strong commitment to quality and a genuine ambition to shape and improve the way we work.

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional who thrives on operational excellence and is passionate about continuously enhancing HR Services. In this role, you will take ownership of complex HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, independently manage challenging individual cases, and leverage your expertise to elevate our HR Services to the next level. While staying close to day-to-day operations, you will always think one step ahead when it comes to process improvement and optimization.

You feel at home in complex operational HR topics, enjoy working in a structured manner, and maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Your Tasks

  • Employee Lifecycle: You take ownership of complex operational HR matters and special cases throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding. As a trusted advisor, you guide managers and employees confidently through even the most challenging situations.
  • People Operations with Impact: You identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and proactively implement pragmatic improvements. Not as a task, but as a mindset.
  • Onboarding: You ensure a structured and positive onboarding experience for new employees, enabling them to integrate successfully and feel supported from day one.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and IT, coordinating HR-related special topics with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Project Support: You contribute to the transformation of our HR Services landscape through the implementation of a new HR system.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives: You actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Academic Background: You hold a university degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Alternatively, you have completed a comparable vocational qualification with a focus on HR.
  • Professional Experience: You bring at least five years of relevant experience in HR Operations across the full employee lifecycle within a professional environment, ideally within a regulated industry. Experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services is considered a strong advantage.
  • Employment Law Expertise: You possess solid knowledge of German employment law and are confident in applying it in practice.
  • Personal Strengths: You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges. You work with a high degree of ownership, contribute positively to team success, and interact confidently with stakeholders and leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Technical Skills: You have experience working with HR systems, including HR system implementations or migrations, and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Language Skills: You have excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).

What We Offer You

  • Challenging Responsibilities: A key role with significant impact on our organization, offering excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.
  • Attractive Compensation: A competitive salary package that recognizes performance, commitment, and contribution.
  • Modern Working Environment: Hybrid working arrangements based in Stuttgart, combined with flexible working hours.
  • Dynamic and Innovative Environment: Work in a fast-growing and innovative area of the financial markets.
