- Client acquisition: You will identify and secure new institutional clients and strategic partners in Europe – in particular (retail) banks, brokers and other relevant market participants.
- Deal management: You will independently manage the entire sales cycle – from market analysis and initial outreach through to contract negotiations and successful onboarding.
- Relationship management: You will build long-term, trust-based relationships at departmental and C-level and develop these sustainably over time.
- Market positioning: You will represent the Boerse Stuttgart Group within the European capital markets ecosystem and actively position our platforms, products and strategic growth initiatives in the market.

What You Bring to the Table
- Education & professional experience: You have a degree in economics or finance, or an equivalent qualification, and have several years’ experience in strategy consulting, the capital markets sector or (consultative) sales.
- Capital markets expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of the European capital markets. An existing network of contacts with European (retail) banks, brokers or institutional market participants is a definite advantage.
- Sales & Growth Mindset: You have experience in developing growth and sales strategies and impress with your entrepreneurial, pragmatic approach and a strong hands-on mentality.
- Stakeholder Management: You handle challenging client situations with confidence and impress with an authentic and communicative approach at management and C-level.
- Mobility: You are willing to travel regularly within Europe.
