- Transformation Programs: Lead complex, multi-year transformation programs driven by core system replacements, regulatory requirements, and strategic business model changes within regulated financial market environments.
- Program Delivery & Governance: Define and drive end-to-end delivery strategies including multi-phase and multi-country rollouts while ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, risk control, compliance, and audit readiness throughout the program lifecycle.
- Business & IT Coordination: Act as the central interface between business, IT, vendors, and external partners, orchestrating cross-functional teams and ensuring aligned execution across workstreams, systems, platforms, and jurisdictions.

Your Tasks
What You Bring to the Table
- Transformation Experience: Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs involving core system implementations and migrations within financial institutions, capital markets, or trading environments.
- Financial Markets & Regulation: Strong understanding of capital markets and trading environments as well as experience working within highly regulated organizations and regulatory frameworks such as BaFin, MaRisk, and DORA.
- Program Leadership: Strong program leadership skills including governance, stakeholder management, communication across organizational levels, and coordination of international and cross-functional teams.
- Vendor & Strategy Management: Expertise in vendor and delivery management, including aligning vendor strategies, IT roadmaps, and transformation portfolios with internal organizational goals.
- Business & Technology Understanding: Ability to bridge business and IT, communicate complex topics clearly, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders combined with a solid understanding of modern IT architectures, IT processes, and transformation topics such as cloud, AI-driven development, platform modernization, and legacy system transformation.
- Background & Communication: Ideally, experience within a technology or management consultancy and additional exposure to vendor or integrator environments. Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1 Level).
